Service Overview
OmniProductive provides AI-assisted workflow automation for professional video operations, including terminology-aware subtitle correction, filler and failed-take detection, transcript refinement, timeline analysis, prompt caching, reviewer logs, and export preparation.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when requesting access, creating an account, or communicating with OmniProductive. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to OmniProductive. You grant OmniProductive the rights needed to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to upload, process, edit, review, and export customer content.
AI Output and Human Review
AI-generated corrections, timelines, edit suggestions, labels, summaries, or exports may contain errors. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, or business reliance. OmniProductive is designed to support reviewable workflows, not to replace professional editorial judgment.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse OmniProductive or attempt to interfere with the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scan, attack, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use the service to generate, distribute, or conceal malicious, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Do not remove audit trails, misuse reviewer logs, or misrepresent AI-assisted output as verified without review.
Plans, Trials, and Payments
OmniProductive may offer free, professional, and enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions, usage limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rights are described at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement. Enterprise terms may be governed by an order form, statement of work, or master services agreement.
Third-Party Services
OmniProductive may interoperate with cloud infrastructure, model providers, storage services, payment providers, analytics tools, and customer systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. OmniProductive is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Security and Compliance
Security or compliance questions should be sent to contact@omniproductive.com. Customers are responsible for configuring their workspaces, user access, retention settings, and export processes according to their own legal and operational requirements.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if use of the service violates these Terms, creates security risk, causes operational harm, or may expose OmniProductive or others to liability. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
OmniProductive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate for every use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniProductive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or publication decisions based on unreviewed output.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use of OmniProductive after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
